At Stone River we have been fortunate to have worked with so many wonderful people that come to us with interesting, creative challenges. What we have learned (even though we really knew it all along) is that there is artistic solution for every project that will meet the needs of the client and aesthetically enhance the space. Getting there is most of the fun. Every project is different, every solution unique. Here are a few of our favorites:

Instead of putting the bowl on the table, how about putting it in the table. It's nice to see love set in stone. A beautiful concrete island in charcoal--notice the front corner. Inlays of Slate and River Rock give this counter a very unique and arty finish. The owners like knowing that no one else has a countertop just like this. A very successful local business man built his life knowing that "Where there is a will, there is a way".  He wanted the outdoor entertainment area of his new home to embody that philosophy.  We were happy to design this gorgeous table and, in french, set his mantra in stone.  (The funny back story here is that when faced with a difficult engineering challenge I think of my partner Will and say to myself (you guessed it) "Where there's a Will, there's a way"--Kimberly) Challenge:  Make a tiny bathroom in a small house something unique.  Solution:  Integral Concrete Sink with lots of beautiful stone inlays.
